Everyone has a soft side

At 15 I came upon a Tanguy at a surrealist art show and became an instant fan, I felt compelled to paint abstract landscapes in this vein, the line is my own. Yves Tanguy was my original inspiration, today it's the excitement of a new face appearing out of the ether. Many people will not see the face, but that's ok, its just a hobby. By being an amateur artist it allows me to go my own way and hopefully somewhere no one has been before. I don't know where passion comes from, just that it exists.

Some dreams have a happy ending

In real life I'm a tennis coach and a racer, perhaps subconsciously this has some influence in my oil paintings.
Smooth lines, movement, the absence of vaguity, balance and tranquility.
